You can now report an outage from the website by clicking on the red "report an outage" link in the upper right hand corner of this page. This link will take you to your SmartHub account where you will have to log in and click on the "Report an Outage" link from there (see below). REMEMBER - You can only report an outage for your account location.
Claim your capital credits
Due to the delay of a whole power cost increase, the cooperative collected more revenue than expected in 2014 as was able to return $750,000of the capital credits recorded that year in addition to the remaining distribution portion of capital credits from 1997 and a percentage of 1998. Members should have received their capital credit check in December 2015. Individuals who move or no longer have electric service with Intercounty and have not updated their addresses may not have received their checks.
Click here to see a list of individuals who did not receive a check due to invalid addresses. If you recognize the names of any individuals listed, please encourage them to contact Member Accounts at 866-621-3679 to update their address for future checks to be mailed to the correct address.
Also, if the member listed on the website is deceased, please let the cooperative know so that these funds and future allocations are returned to the appropriate party.
