Welcome

IECA gives $1 million to members in the form of bill discounts.

The board of directors approved a $ 1 million discount to be distributed back the current membership at an amount based on each member's usage between the months of January and November 2018.  Cycle two accounts will receive their discount on their December 8th bill and cycle one accounts will see this discount on their January 1st bill.  Prepay accounts will see their discount hit their account within the first few days of January.

In addition to the discount, capital credit checks will be paid out in December 2018.  We will be returning 1.5 million in IECA capital credits for the remainder of 1999 and part of 2000.  We will also be returning $706,266 of the G&T capital credits for the remainder of 1995 and part of 1996.
