This week, representatives of IECA presented local dues-based volunteer fire departments with $2,000 each to go towards the purchase of needed gear and equipment. Funds were made available through grants provided by Intercounty Electric, CoBank and Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative.
While the co-op's primary focus is on serving members' electrical needs, we also recognize the importance of supporting our local communities. We are grateful for our local volunteer fire departments and the services they provide.
