How Does It Work?

With a PrePay account, the account is managed through IECA's online account management tool, a free online web portal and smartphone app provided by IECA. With the app, you log into your account and see your electricity use along with how much you have spent during the month on electricity. The online access allows members to see exactly how much electricity is being used, so it can be better managed.

Are you opposed to paying for your electricity use after you use it, you can prepay on your bill ahead of time. When your account runs low on funds, you simply put more money into your account. So you control how much money you spend on electricity.
